The prostate is an organ, unique gift for men. It surrounds the bladder neck and the first part of the urethra and contributes secretions to semen. Cone-gland, and 3 inches in diameter and 4 cm in transverse diameter of the vertical. He has five lobes anterior, posterior, lateral section two lobes. Since the first part of each lesion of the urethra through the prostate produces difficulties in urination.
Prostate diseases:
1) Prostatitis:
This is an inflammation of the prostate caused by a bacterial infection.
2) benign prostatic hyperplasia:
This is a tumor of non-malignant prostate gland after the age of 50 years seen. 3, cancer of the prostate:-This is the fourth leading cause of death in malignant disease in men.
Prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer is directly linked to male sex hormones (androgens) connected. If the level of sex hormones increase the growth of cancer is also increased. This shows that after the removal of the testicles to shrink the tumor to be highlighted.
The tumor site:
Prostate cancer is seen mainly in the posterior lobe. Increased cancer seen in other lobes.
Changes in gland cancer:
The gland becomes hard with irregular surface with loss of normal lobulation. Histology of prostate cancer is adenoid (cancer of the epithelial cells of the gland)
Growth:
The growth rate is very fast in prostate cancer. The tumor compresses the urethra and produce difficulty in urination.
The spread of the tumor:
Metastases in prostate cancer early.
1) Local distribution:
Posterior lobe of cancer cells in the lateral lobes and sperm vesicles.Tumour also moved around the neck and base of the bladder.
Lymphatic spread of 2):
To achieve cancer through the lymph vessels of iliac lymph nodes internally and externally. From there into the cell, retroperitoneal (behind the peritoneum) and lymph nodes of meditation (in the chest)
To 3) transmitted by blood:
The spread of cancer cells occurs through the venous plexus of the vertebral body and the edge of the prostate veins while coughing and sneezing and finally Enders reached the lumbar vertebrae.
Signs and symptoms of prostate cancer:
Signs and symptoms depend on the stage of the cancer. The following symptoms may occur.
1) There are no symptoms:
Tumor is small and only in the posterior lobe. The diagnosis was made by chance.
2) Light difficulty in urination:
This increases the tumor and slightly compressed urethra. Soon there will be frequent urination with difficult urination are.
3) If the tumor in the neighboring regions, including the bladder neck and urethra, without painful urination with blood. The urine comes drop by drop.
4) Retention of urine:
If the urethra is completely compressed there will be retention of urine. This can lead to hydronephrosis, renal ect.In that the condition of the patient due to renal failure and seizures may finally coma.
5) Signs of metastasis:
Some patients experience signs and symptoms of metastases.
Limbo pain) holy because of the spread of cancer to the lumbar and sacral bone.
b) vertebral fractures caused by tumors of the spine.
c) Swelling, pain and fluid in the abdominal cavity, because the wound in the abdomen.
d) Cancer of respiratory symptoms and pulmonary lymph nodes.
e) general weakness, because the cancer spreads to other parts of the body.
f) Anaemia due to bone marrow and increased destruction of red blood cells.
Clinical Research:
Includes a digital rectal exam of the prostate, abdominal palpation for swelling of the kidneys and feel tumours.Patient feel from head to toe, to examine the lesion found.
Search:
1) Fill a blood test
Erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets, sedimentation rate, bleeding time, clotting time, and so on.
2) Analysis of Urine:
Microscopic examination of the pus cells, occult blood casts, crystals visible, etc..
3) Tests of renal function:
Levels of blood urea, serum creatinine, electrolyte levels, and so on.
4) The serum acid phosphate:
Increase in prostate cancer.
5) X-ray of the spine:
To the presence of a tumor or fracture.
6) Ultra-sonography,
Give you an overview of the prostate, bladder, kidney, etc. ..
7) C T-Scan: -
For more information about the organs and tumors.
MRI of the spine:
Provides detailed information on the back of the disc and close the soft tissues.
9) lymphangiography:
Give an overview about the proliferation of lymphatic cancer.
10) a biopsy to confirm cancer:

Biopsy and histopathological examination revealed that the tumor under the microscope. This will be the presence of cancer.
Treatment:
Urinary retention) and required catheterization.
2) Dialysis if kidney failure.
3) If there is coma monitoring of all vital functions, together with the parents and the supply of nutrients, electrolytes.
4) Specific treatment is prostatectomy (prostate removal)
Partial prostatectomy:
Here, only the affected lobe will be removed.
Radical prostatectomy:
The removal of the prostate and nearby lymph nodes.
5 hormone therapy:
Stilbestrol given to reduce tumor growth. Because this treatment increases the risk of cardiovascular disease diethyl phosphorylated stilbesterol used today.
6) Chemotherapy:
Drugs such as cyclophosphamide, etc. given cisoplatim.
7) Radiotherapy is also in some cases.
Homeopathy:
Carcinocin homeopathic remedies such as hemlock, Sabal, Crotalus, Thuja, Iodum, selenium and sulfur Staphysagria, etc. can be made in accordance with the symptoms. Constitutional homeopathic medicine to give great relief and a longer life.
9) Yoga and meditation are very helpful.

A hernia is an abnormal bulging of internal organs through an abnormal opening in the wall cavity. The combination of increased pressure in the body with weakness in the wall is responsible for this condition. In this condition internal organs or parts of organs protrude from the swelling that the size with coughing and heavy lifting will increase, and while passing stool and urine. In a lying position in the swelling, except in strangulated and irreducible hernia.
Cause:
1, the weakness in the wall of the body:
weakness) Congenital.
b) Acquired weakness due to injuries, wasting of muscles, suppurative lesions in the walls and the presence of weak natural openings, obesity, lack of exercise, repeated pregnancy.
c) A surgical procedure with improper custom or sepsis operated site.
2) Increased pressure in the body.
A constipation), chronic.
b) Recurrent cough.
c) Weight lifting.
d) Urethral strictures.
Common sites for hernia:
Hernia can occur anywhere in the body. But there are some common sites for hernia. Through the chest wall of the hard bone is not usually affected. Hernia in the lower back is also rare because the muscles of the spine and the spine and ligaments strong and sheeths. The common site for hernia are abdominal wall. Compared to other parts of the abdominal wall is weak due to a natural opening. There are some areas where the abdominal muscles are weak and thin and all these factors create an opportunity for the public site for herniation. The hernia is as follows.
Hernia) lies:
Here are the contents of the stomach protrude through the inguinal canal (the lining of the abdomen just above the inguinal ligament this looks at both sides.). This type is common in men. Initially the swelling comes only as tense and back while lying down. Than most of the intestine that cannot easily return.
b) Femoral hernia:
This type of hernia is more common in women. Here are the contents of the stomach through the femoral canal, which is seen just below the junction of the thigh and abdomen (in the femoral triangle). The contents are down and out through saphenous opening in the thigh and the shape of a swelling under the skin.
c) Umbilical hernia:
This often happens in children. Umbilicus is the weaker part of the abdomen. The contents of the stomach may be distinguished as a ball-like swelling while crying and defecating.
d) Incision hernia:
Hernia is seen on the site is operated. Due to improper suturing or sepsis the operated site becomes weak resulting in hernia.
e) Epigastria hernia:
Here hearniation takes place in the epigastrium. This is a rare species.
f) Lumbar hernia:
Here the hernia in the lumbar area on either side of the lumbar spine (the lumbar triangle). It is also a rare species.
g) Obturator hernia:
This is a rare form of hernia. Here is the content passing obturator foramen in the pelvis.
Complications of hernia:
1) strangulation:
If the hernia hole narrow gouge cannot be easily and then the flow of blood to the tissues can be blocked as constricition. This hernia can kill the intestinal excellent thing.
2) Intestinal obstruction:
This happens when all parts of the intestine protruding into the hernia sack. Herniated small hole blocking part of the abdomen.
3) Infection and peritonitis:
If the strangulation death of an intestinal infection would have spread to the abdomen resulting in peritonitis.
Treatment of hernia: -
Initial treatment: In the initial stages of hernia the following steps may be helpful
1) Use of hernia belt:
Special types of hernia belts are available for any type of heania. This will prevent the protrusion and will reduce the pain.
2) Constipation, cough, etc. recurrent urinary tract obstruction should be treated.
3) Reduction of fat increases the strength of the abdominal wall.
4) Abdominal exercises to improve muscle tone.
5) Take plenty of leafy vegetables, fruits and fibrous diet for easy bowel movement.
6) Try other systems such as homeopathy, herbal medicine and ect
if no help with the above steps consult a general surgeon for operations management.
Surgical treatment.
Performed after the surgery depends on the type and nature of hernia.
1) Hertniotomy: In this surgery the hernia sack is pushed into the abdomen and the neck of the bag legated with transfixion ligature and cut off the bag.
2) Herniorrhaphy: Here along with herniotomy the posterior wall repaired.
3) Hernioplasty: This surgery is done if herniotomy is not possible because of the wide neck of the bag. The following improvements have been made using non-absorbed materials like tantalum gauze, polypropylene mesh or stainless steel mesh.

Bad breath is a common health problem which has great impact on the business day so many people. The offensive odor from the mouth is not fun for those in close contact with bad breath. The problem will be doubled by psychological trauma leading to depression. The patients of this problem will be isolated from society. This can even lead to marital disharmony.
Literally everyone badbreathres. Oral cavity contains millions of anaerobic bacteria such as Fusobacterium and paradoxes that works on food proteins and their putrefied. This process results in the formation of offensive gases like hydrogen sulfide, methyl mescaptan, cadaverine, skatole, putrescence, etc. cause bad odor. If oral hygiene is not maintained properly all will suffer from bad breath. Most of us control this by regular cleaning teeth, tongue and gargle. Even after maintaining cleanliness in the mouth some individuals suffer from the unpleasant smell due to various factors that must be diagnosed and treated.
Some common causes of bad breath.
1) Poor oral hygiene:
If oral hygiene is not maintained properly the mouth becomes the seat of millions of bacteria which produce offensive gases by reducing the leftovers. Bad breath is severe in those who do not regularly brush their teeth and clean their mouth after every meal. Snacks taken between meals can also have bad breath due to improper cleaning.
Bad breath is common in almost all people in the early morning waking. The production during sleep there is less saliva Saliva has several antibacterial properties that help keep the mouth clean… Saliva contains oxygen molecules required to make oral cavity aerobic. Thus reducing the amount of sleep makes a favorable condition for anaerobic bacteria.
2) Food habits:
The main cause of the odor is due to protein degradation by bacteria and hence all foods rich in protein to support bad breath. Meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, biscuits, nuts, pears and so on can cause bad breath. Some food articles can produce particular types of odors that are not pleasant. Raw onion can produce typical bad smell. It is said that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, a raw onion a day keeps everyone away. Eating peanuts can also produce bad smell. But if proper cleaning is done smell can be independent of the nature of the food can be reduced. Irregularity in the time of food can also produce bad breath. Small food articles taken in between meals can also produce bad smell.
3) Biofilms:
There is formation of a thin layer called a biofilm sticky on the tongue and oral mucosa. This coating is thick on the back of the tongue, where millions of gram-negative bacteria are seen. Thick layer on the tongue is always associated with bad breath. Even a thin biofilm can make anaerobic conditions favorable for breeding bacteria.
4) Dental caries:
This is a destructive process causing decalcification with destruction of enamel and dentin of the teeth resulting in cavitations. It is mainly produced by lactobacilli. Particles of food are stored in the cavity and decay by anaerobic bacteria producing bad smell. Normal brushing will not remove the food debris easily and therefore are completely demolished. Caries are common in school children and people who do not maintain good oral hygiene. Calcium and vitamin deficiencies can also affect caries.
5) Gingivitis:
Gum is a mucous membrane with supporting connective tissue to the tooth bearing borders rubber jaw main function is to protect… Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gums. Due to various causes gums to become inflamed due to swelling, pain and separation. If the situation worse the infection spread to the periodontal area leading to continuous discharge called pyorrhea. Sometimes the infection to go away producing alveolar abscess with discharge of pus. Infection can even reach the bone which osteomyelitis. All this condition can produce odors.
6) Gum retraction:
When the gums pull the teeth a gap are developed that will propose food particles and cause bad breath.
7) Dental plaques and tartar deposits, plaque and tartar are deposited mainly in the spaces between the teeth and gums. This provides protection for the remains of food and bacteria causing bad breath.
Ulcerative lesions & coatings:
Almost all ulcerative lesions in the mouth associated with bad breath. These lesions can be caused by bacteria, viruses, allergies or autoimmune diseases. Apthous ulcers are common in ulcerative lesions. Other herpes, fungal infections, incent angina, infectious mononucleosis, scarlet fever, diphtheria, drug reactions and ect. Carcinoma cause severe bad breath. All fungal infections produce white coating (candidate). Leukoplakia is a thick white patch on the mucous membranes of the mouth and tongue. It is considered a precancerous condition. Attack of breath associated with this condition.
9) Diseases of the salivary glands:
Saliva is very useful to carry oxygen to all parts of the oral cavity. Even a thin film layer called biofilm can an anaerobic condition in the mouth. Saliva can wet these layers and improving the conditions unfavorable for aerobic bacteria. A condition that reduces the production of saliva can increase bacterial activity. Sometimes the salivary duct is obstructed by stones or tumors. Salivary gland cancer is associated with a bad odor. In suppurative parotitis purulant discharge in the mouth that cause bad breath.
10) Tonsillitis:
Almonds are a couple of lymph tissue located in the lateral wall of the oropharynx. Inflammation of the tonsils is called tonsillitis. Bad breath is seen in both acute and chronic tonsillitis. Quinsy or peritonsillar abscess can also produce bad breath.
11) Plaques & tonsillar tonsillar fluid:
If bad breath remained, even after maintaining proper oral hygiene there is the possibility of this condition. Serous fluid expelled from the folds of tonsil is very offensive. Some patients complain that they hawk some cheap material of the throat, a very offensive in nature. This is formed inside the tonsillar crypts which contain thousands of bacteria. In such conditions tonsillectomy gives relief of bad breath is visible.
12) Pharyngitis & pharyngeal abscess:
Pharynx is a fibro muscular tube that part of the digestive and respiratory form. Inflammation of the pharynx is called pharyngitis, caused mainly by bacteria and viruses. Bad breath is present in pharyngitis along with other symptoms such as coughing and throat irritation. Abscesses in the wall of the pharynx can also produce offensive discharge of pus in the throat.
13) Dentures:
Denture users may complain of smell due to the filing of the small food amidst. Brushing may be that in denture users especially fixed dentures.
14) Tobacco:
Chewing tobacco is associated with bad breath. The smell of tobacco itself is fun for others. Tobacco can cause mucous membrane and cause ulcers and coatings. Gingivitis and gum disease are common in tobacco chewers. Tartar is deposited on the teeth mainly near the gums. Tobacco chewers get gastric acidity with the eruption. All this causes the foul smell.
15) Smoking:
Smokers always have bad smell. It cans also lesions in the mouth and lungs causing bad breath. Smoking increases carbon dioxide in the oral cavity and reduces oxygen levels, causing favorable conditions for bacteria. Smoking reduces appetite and thirst for acid peptic disease more common in smoker’s chain.
16) Lesions in the nose and ear:
Bad breath is occasionally seen in sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses). In the case of post nasal dripping bad breath is often due to the presence of protein in the dirt. These proteins are degraded by bacteria. Infections of the middle ear with drainage of pus in the throat through the Eustachian tube (part of the middle ear to the throat) can also cause odor. Chronic rhinitis (inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose) and foreign bodies in the nose can also be bad odor in the air expired.
17) Diabetes mellitus:
The majority of patients with diabetes suffer from bad breath. Coated tongue, ulcers and coatings in the mouth, increased sugar level in tissues ect is responsible for bad breath. Bacterial growth in patients with diabetes is much faster than non-diabetic individuals.
18) Fever:
Bad breath is in almost all fevers. Even an acute fever can produce bad breath. Bad breath is seen in severe typhoid. Other infectious diseases like tuberculosis, AIDS, etc. creates a bad odor.
19) Fasting and dehydration:
Dry mouth favors bacterial activity. So any condition which produce dryness in the mouth to breathe attack. Although the food particles are known to produce bad breath, fasting can also produce the same. The production of saliva is also reduced during fasting. Chewing and swallowing also helps clean the mouth.
20) Diseases of the stomach and esophagus:
The explosion of gas and food produce unpleasant odors. Abnormalities in the function of the lower sphincter can allow the food to cause outbreaks of bad breath. Bad breath is also common in gastritis, gastric ulcers and stomach cancer.
21) Bowel disease:
Bad breath is common in patients suffering from ulcerative lesions of intestine like ulcerative colitis … Other diseases are malabsorption syndrome intestinal tuberculosis, peritonitis, etc…
22) Lung disease:
Lung diseases such as pneumonia, lung abscess, chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, lung cancer etc. can produce odor during expiration.
23) Liver disorders:
Liver diseases such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, can cause bad breath. Gall bladder diseases with vomiting also cause unpleasant odors.

When a vessel that supplies blood, oxygen and nutrients to the body hardens people, will result in insufficient blood supply, followed by a decline in function, tissue damage, and in the unlikely events, can cause death. The symptoms of this disease depend on the affected limb.
It is also important to the known risk factors for this condition. It can help a person determine whether he is susceptible to being affected or inflicted by this disease. The exact cause of the different types of vascular disease is not known, but some conditions the chances of contracting. Smoking, obesity, unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and stress are just a few health problems which may worsen hardening and clogging arteries.
So how can disease discovered?
As in the determination of most medical conditions, history and physical examination are the main way to identify the presence of the disease. This research is usually followed by other diagnostic tests that can provide more details such as the severity of the condition and possible treatments available to overcome them.
Most people do not know a way to detect vascular disease through examination of the formation of vascular structures in the skin. Although this diagnostic test is a non-prominent, is still regarded as correct and defined procedures. This not only helps doctors detect the disease, but also help him in preparing and adjusting the treatment and care for each individual and condition.
There is also a diagnostic means such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT) scan and arteriogram. MRI is a digital imaging technique that provides a detailed look at the internal structure. On the other hand, CT scans are more likely to be used for heart problems, because it gives a wonderful view of the coronary arteries. In addition, arteriogram, or more commonly known as an angiogram or angiography gives the appearance of the lumen, blood vessels and organs, especially the arteries, veins and heart chambers.
After learning a diagnostic tool for vascular disease, it is also important to know the surgical procedure for the condition. People with the diagnosis can choose to carotid procedures, repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms, arterial bypass, hemodialysis, thrombolysis, and lower extremity angioplasty and stents undergo a few.
“Prevention is better than cure.” For those who do not want to be diagnosed with vascular disease and underwent surgery to treat, there are several ways to prevent and avoid the above risk factors.

Moreover, this stone can cause kidney failure if treated too late.
Kidney stones are formed from a variety of substances. These stones are generally formed from calcium and oxalate. The amount was sometimes not just one. Could some of the stones with varying sizes. “Generally, these stones measuring between 7 to 10 cm. But there also can reach sizes of 15 cm

Cause.
What caused the stone is still not known with certainty. There is an assumption if the diet is associated with increased risk of stone formation. For example excessive calcium intake may increase risk of kidney stones. But it is not entirely true.

In fact there are people who are keeping the intake of calcium but still affected by kidney stones. While other people who consume lots of calcium kidney stones do not even taxable.

The doctors suspect this is caused by genetic factors. Genetic abnormalities in patients who made her remove excess calcium or other substances that can form stones. So that these minerals precipitate in the kidney or in the urinary tract and into the stone.

Handling.
Drink plenty of water is a way to help remove the stones that have broken through the urine.

If the size of the stone is too large it must be immediately removed. The way in which did not use surgery with large incisions. Nowadays stone removal can be done with laparoscopy technique, namely surgery with minimal incisions. Or it could be the technique of shock waves (ESWL), which would destroy the stone to be excreted through the urine.

Prevention.
Although diet had little influence on the formation of kidney stones, a healthy lifestyle is recommended for every person who has been affected or not affected by kidney stones. Healthy lifestyle includes diet, drink lots of water, and regular activity can prolong the process of formation and size of stones.

Is an inflammation of the lungs, usually caused by infection, bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites.
This disease should be given special attention to your sufferers over the age of 65 years or have chronic illnesses and immune system disorders. This disease can also attack children, and healthy people.
Pneumonia can be mild or serious, even life threatening. Often this disease is a complication of other diseases, like flu. Antibiotics can treat the most common form of bacterial pneumonia, but antibiotic-resistant strains could make the bacteria growing. The best treatment is to prevent infection.

Pneumonia is also distinguished from causes such as pneumonia that you get because daily activities are susceptible virus, or when you are admitted to hospital, or pneumonia that you attack you have a foreign object into the lungs that goes when you throw up for example.

Cause.
Our bodies have a way to protect the lungs from infection. In fact, if we are often exposed to bacteria and viruses that can cause pneumonia. However, many conditions, including malnutrition and systemic disease, can reduce the protection and allow harmful organisms to pass through our body’s defenses and into the lungs.

Symptoms.
Symptoms of pneumonia can vary, depending on the conditions that you may have, and the type of bacteria or viruses that cause infection. Pneumonia is very similar to the flu, starting with a cough and fever. Symptoms include:
* Fever
* Cough
* Shortness of breath
* Sweating
* Shaking chills
* Chest pain that fluctuates with breathing (pleurisy)
* Headache
* Muscle pain
* Fatigue

Ironically, older and people with chronic illnesses or weakened immune systems may have fewer symptoms or milder than healthy people. For example if a healthy person stricken with pneumonia, then the body temperature will rise, then they will look fine with normal or low body temperature.

Treatment and Prevention.
Treatment of pneumonia varies, depending on the severity and type of pneumonia you have. For example you have pneumonia caused by bacteria, your doctor will usually prescribe antibiotics, or if you are stricken with pneumonia caused by fungi, the doctor will usually prescribe an antifungal.

As for prevention, you can try to vaccine your body with anti-flu vaccines on a regular basis, and maintain health by not smoking, a diet of vegetables and fruit, or lose weight if you are obese.

There anemia caused by blood loss. This is clearly preceded by severe bleeding in a short time. People who have an accident, childbirth, or surgery, could be threatened anemia.
There is also anemia caused by impaired production of red blood cells. To make red blood cells are needed not only iron (Fe), but also vitamin B12, folic acid, copper and cobalt, in addition to protein. Shortage of material for one of the red blood cells will lead to anemia, too.
Anemia in patients with chronic diseases such as cancer, chronic infections, rheumatism type of rheumatoid arthritis, kidney disease, liver disorders and anemia are also at risk.
There are also types of anemia due to abnormal destruction of red blood cells by a cause. This case occurs when abnormal blood cells from birth. In patients with thalassemia, for example, damaged red blood cells prematurely. He’s shorter than normal red blood cells and cause anemia.
Diseases of the bone marrow as the manufacturer of the blood cells can lead to anemia, known as (plastic anemia).
